Our designers will create a beautiful, fresh, spring arrangement in various colors based on our current inventory. Picture is to show style of arrangement, not the actual color pallet. Deluxe and premium include more flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Doesn’t look like the picture but was still nice ---- Florist Response: Yes, it did not look like the picture. The description for that item indicated that due to the covid-19 pandemic, our floral supply was limited and that the item you ordered was "designer's choice." That meant that we would design a basket arrangement in various colors based on our current inventory. We did the best we could under the current circumstances.
