I ordered the birdhouse bouquet for my Aunt due to my Uncle passing and it arrived within a hour of me ordering. I knew the shop was close to her house but that was amazing. The arrangement even came with a little bird on top of the birdhouse! The bouquet made my Aunt very happy which was the objective on such a sad occasion. Thank you Stacy for an amazing, quality experience! My husband and I wanted to send my mother-in-law flowers for Mother's Day and were eager to find a shop local to her. Your business came up via a Google search and we found your offerings unique and selections beautiful. We purchased the "Birdhouse Bokay" to be delivered Saturday - the day before Mother's Day, only to be reminded that she was departing Saturday morning for a cruise! A quick call and voicemail that night turned into a return call from Stacy the next morning and an offer to deliver the flowers same day, giving my mother-in-law a couple of days to enjoy them. My mother-in-law was not only surprised, but absolutely thrilled with them. We live two hours away, and although I haven't had the chance to see them in person they look absolutely stunning from the photo she shared. Based on past experience we would never get this type of customer service or necessarily quality had we gone with a larger chain delivery service, or even one that partners with local florists. It's hard to pin down who they partner with and the quality of work.
